Site Visits Every Other Month includes:

• HVAC & Plumbing Maintenance – Furnace filter service, condensate drain lines checked/ cleaned. AC line insulation checked/ replaced. AC coil fins straightened, all plumbing fixtures exercised & inspected for leaks.
• Fire Safety – Dryer Vent Cleaning, smoke & CO Detector testing/cleaning. Fire Extinguisher Inspections, Fire Escape inspection & Escape planning.
• Electrical Safety – Includes testing GFCI receptacles and AFCI devices.
• Additional Safety Tests – Garage door auto-reverse testing, Water Heater TPR valve testing and combustible gas leak test near appliances & more.
• Winterizing Services – Including spigots, heat tape, ice melt cable and outdoor furniture storage.
• Rain Water Management – Attic, roof (ice dam) Basement inspections, sump pump testing/inspection, retaining walls and down spot extensions.  inspected.
• Appliance Leak Checks – Dishwasher, refrigerators and washing machine.
• Additional Efficiency & Air Quality Maintenance – Whole Home Humidifiers, bathroom vent fans and heat registers cleaned, floor drains and sewer maintenance, exterior door inspections and refrigerator coils cleaned.

No more forgetting to check your furnace filter, test your smoke detectors, or plug in your heat tape…our service technicians will do all that and many more things you may not even know are critical to responsibly maintaining your home. 

How It Works

We will reach out to you to set up a free, no-obligation price quote. Our Home Repair and Maintenance Service Consultant will evaluate your home’s unique needs and create a custom price for each of our packages. After signing up, we will schedule out each of your service visits over the next year. Don’t worry, there are no contracts…you can cancel anytime. Our techs will handle the most critical preventative maintenance tasks on a routine basis. You will receive a report of all of the services completed each visit along with any deficiencies or concerns found.

If you need a repair or have a special project we can handle all of the coordination and even get you competitive bids. Our network of specialists is the best around and growing all the time.

Mr. ProActive Perks:

If we find a quick (5 Minute or less) repair is needed, we’ll take care of it at no charge, as long as directly relates to one of our 44 services and we don’t need any specialized licensing (eg electrical work is not allowed).
