- This studio is located at The Vibe @ 8035 in Clive. The studio is approximately 497 sq ft. and will be assigned by management upon redemption.
- Please feel free to stop at the community to view if you need to look at the size prior to bidding
- Winner of the bid must complete rental application to live at the community and meet all rental requirements for the community
- A deposit of $500 will be required upon move in to hold in an account and would be refunded upon move out if there are no damages.
- Occupant will be required to sign rental lease
- Pets are welcome at the community. Limit one per apartment and must meet community pet criteria. Extra fees would apply for pet.
